Using ThreadBro

ThreadBro is intended for adults using it for business purposes. You must have authority to act for the business and any X account you connect. Keep access to your email secure, provide accurate information and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful content or activity that violates X's rules or another person's rights. AI-generated replies can be inaccurate or unsuitable; no particular number of leads, customers or sales is guaranteed. ThreadBro is not affiliated with X or Reddit.

Connection and activation

Use Contributor, not Admin, when following the connection guide. Contributor permissions include more than posting replies, including access to Direct Messages. Do not give us your X password. You can revoke access in X. An invitation or payment alone does not prove that automation is active; access and service activation must be confirmed separately.

Plans and payment

The advertised base prices are Demo: $7 once for 40 replies; Passive presence: $49 per month for 600 replies; and Ultra: $119 per month for 1,500 replies. Checkout displays the final charge, including applicable taxes and any local-currency conversion. Demo is available once per app account and unused demo replies do not expire.

Subscriptions renew on their subscription billing anniversary, not the calendar month's end or a fixed 30-day timer. Monthly allowances do not roll over. A new allowance is available after payment confirmation. An upgrade raises the current period's allowance without resetting usage and is prorated and invoiced immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Cancel through Plan & billing before renewal to stop future renewals; paid access continues through the current period.

Stripe/Link provides hosted checkout. Where Managed Payments applies, Stripe acts as merchant of record; checkout identifies the seller and applicable transaction terms. ThreadBro remains the service provider. For billing mistakes, refund requests or service problems, contact alp@threadbro.com and use any transaction-support options on your receipt. Nothing here limits mandatory statutory rights or the checkout provider's applicable obligations.

Availability and support

Service depends on third-party platforms and may be interrupted or changed by their availability or rules. Contact us about access, billing or connection problems. We may restrict use that threatens security or violates these terms; this does not override rights required by law.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy describes account, billing and advertising data handling. We will communicate material changes to these terms on the site or by email before they take effect. This draft is not an effective agreement.
