Privacy policy

ThreadBro is provided by Qorqut Companies 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States. Contact us at alp@threadbro.com.

Information we handle

We collect your email for account access and support; your X handle and reported delegation status when you submit them; and billing identifiers, plan, payment status, amounts, currency and reply allowance records. If you join a waitlist, we store your email and signup record. Our service and infrastructure also process connection information, such as IP addresses, request details and security logs.

Email sign-in uses a short-lived code and necessary session cookies. Codes expire after 10 minutes; the account cookie lasts up to seven days unless you sign out sooner. We store protected code and session-token digests and use protected email/IP identifiers for rate limiting.

Why we use it and who receives it

We use this information to authenticate you, administer billing and allowances, support you, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Resend delivers sign-in emails; Stripe/Link handles checkout and billing; Railway hosts the application; and Cloudflare provides domain/network services. Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted pages, not into a ThreadBro card form. Providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect rights and security.

Reddit advertising measurement

The landing page loads Reddit's advertising pixel and sends a page-visit event. Reddit may collect browser, device and cookie identifiers and connect activity across websites. This landing-page pixel currently runs independently of the account setting below; that setting does not disable the landing-page pixel.

When server-side measurement is enabled, new accounts default to signup and paid-package reporting. Reports can include a hashed email, a Reddit click identifier, event time and the purchased package, amount and currency. A hashed email is still personal data, not anonymous information. Account pages do not load the Reddit browser pixel.

You can turn off account measurement in Plan & billing. Global Privacy Control disables account conversion measurement when received by the app. Turning it off cancels pending reports; it cannot recall reports already sent or in flight. These controls do not currently apply to the landing pixel. We do not implement a separate response to the older Do Not Track signal. Read Reddit's privacy policy for Reddit's practices.

X delegation

The connection guide explains how to grant Contributor access without sharing your X password. X's permissions are broad and include access to Direct Messages; they are not limited to replies. You can revoke delegation in X. Reporting an invitation in ThreadBro does not itself start automated posting. This policy describes the account and billing app; any additional service-delivery data processing must be disclosed before activation.

Retention, requests and international processing

We retain account and billing records while needed to administer your account, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is not yet a fixed automatic deletion schedule for all records. Expired authentication records are cleaned during subsequent sign-in requests. Attribution click IDs are eligible for account conversion matching for 30 days; terminal conversion payloads are cleared while deduplication records remain.

Contact alp@threadbro.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required or permitted by law. Available rights depend on your location. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. No security measure guarantees absolute protection.

Changes

We will update the date on this policy when it changes and provide a prominent notice on the site or by email for material changes. This draft has not taken effect.
